Flight Booking and Ticketing Conditions

Baggage Allowances and Fees: Baggage policies, including free allowances and fees for excess baggage, depend on the airline and fare className. Refer to your ticket for specific details or contact our customer support team at 7473.

Cancellations and Refunds: Both airlines and passengers may cancel flights due to various reasons. Depending on the airline's policies, rebooking or refund penalties might apply. Exchange and refund charges vary based on the ticket. GuzoGo doesn't charge any additional service fees.

E-Tickets will be sent via email and SMS immediately once payment is completed and verified. Your booking is guaranteed only for 3 hours starting from the booking time.

Important: Please do not forget to bring your Kebele ID, Work ID, Driving License, Yellow ID (Residence ID), Immigrant Paper, or Ethiopian Passport to the bank.

Ticket Usage and Transferability: Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the individual named on the ticket. All ticket segments must be used in the specified order, starting with the first segment.

Ticket Validity: Generally, tickets are valid for one year from the issue date, unless otherwise noted in the fare rules or ticket conditions. For precise details, check your ticket or contact our support team.
